The Dungeon Master Review
Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 9:23PM I found this short to be very entertaining. This film simply gives us an example as to why one shouldn't poke fun at another person's ambitions, be it gaming, folk lure or role-play. Directed by the Strong brothers (Shiloh and Rider) this short will hit home with RPG gaming geeks everywhere. Based on a game of Dungeons & Dragons, two friends decide to up the nostalgia by inviting a Dungeon Master to assist them in a game. The game takes a turn for the worst for the players involved...Films like these gain following especially with the upcoming Hobbit films amongst others. This Tribeca Film Festival Short can be streamed via Tribeca's online streaming room here. 4 out of 5 stars for me.
